Verse 18

Verse #18: my last September verse. I feel like I barely got Psalm 139 written in my book and now it's time for another one! Admittedly, I haven't done to well at all the last 2 or 3 verses. I'm gonna try to get back on track with this important reminder::
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned. {Isaiah 43.2 NIV}
I'm not walking through any fires lately, thankfully, but the past 2 weeks I have felt like I'm barely, barely keeping my head above water {note how this post is nearly 2 days late . . . that's what I'm talking about}. But, I haven't been swept under! Praise God!

If you don't know about my "resolution" to memorize 24 scriptures in 2009 and you want to know what in the world I'm talkin' about, you can check it out here.

  1. Oh what a great verse! I have felt a little like I'm barely keeping my head above water lately too. I haven't picked a verse for the second half of September yet. Would you mind if I stole yours???

    Many blessings on you and your family,
    Melissa
