"Mom, take a picture of me with my middle name!"

This child, of all of them, has given me quite the run for my money over the years, but what a true joy she has become . . . and is still becoming. It has been far from easy, but oh so worthwhile mothering this spirited girlie. I am so thankful for her!

Many days {most, I suppose, if I'm being honest} any joy that I've got was a choice. It doesn't come naturally much of the time. But each day I can choose joy. We can choose joy. Today, choose joy!
